    I have paid £9.99 for the new subscription. When I try to access the new App via my iPad it says that I need to pay.
    I can get onto the new App on my Android phone. Help please.

    Seems to me that customer support is non-existent.  I'm have the same problem. Paid £9.99 to use on my Android phone.  Moved to Apple and now I'm being asked to pay again.  No way to contact anyone, hiding behing a website and the fact there is no replies to the last 2 comments I'm not impressed.  Get yourselves sorted out and support your customers who have subscribed.
