Unable to login to app
If you are experiencing issues logging in to the HowDidiDo app, for example, getting a session expired error, or invalid session, then please try the following instructions.
Using the App (Android)
Go to settings > storage > select other apps > select HDiD app > clear data > clear cache > repeat for Club V1 app
If using a browser on the phone go to settings > storage > select app (usually chrome) > clear cache
Using an Apple device
Uninstall and reinstall the app
If using a browser on the phone go to settings > safari > clear history and website data
If accessing HowDidiDo through a browser
This will log you out of any sites that you are already logged on into and will ask you to log back into them.
Click on the 3 dot on the top right-hand side of the browser > go down to settings > click on advanced > Privacy and security > Clear browsing history > Change time range to "All time" > Click on clear data.
Click on the 3 lines on the top right-hand side of the browser > go down to options > Click on Privacy and security > Clear your recent history > Change time range to "Everything" > Click on clear now.
Click on the cog icon on the top right-hand side of the browser > select internet options > click on delete > Ensure "Temporary internet files and website files", "Cookies and website data" and "History" are ticked > click on delete
